How can I pay?

We currently accept both Paypal and credit card payments! You do not need a Paypal account to pay.

How much is the shipping fee?

There is no fixed cost for the shipping fee. The shipping fee varies from product to product. Check on the particular product for the shipping fee. Sometimes we provide special promos and discounts, free shipping is one them. Follow our various social media outlet to be updated on our special promos and discounts.

Do you have free shipping?

YES! As we've said, we have some promos and discounts with our products. From time to time, we will offer free shipping for our products. Also, we will have items for FREE and all you need to pay is the shipping. Check out our announcement on our homepage or on our social media outlets.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. If you can see your country while checking out please email us on our Contact Us page or message us in any of our social media outlet.

I ordered by mistake/ I'm no longer interested.

We always try our best to process every order as soon as possible. Orders can't be cancelled once it is processed already and ready for dispatchment.

Faulty Item Received.

If you receive a faulty item, don't hesitate to contact us in our Contact Us page. You maybe ask to send a picture/ video of the faulty item along with the order number. If it is faulty, we will send you a free reshipment or refund if you ask to.

Wrong size received.

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. However, if you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24- 48 hours from the time you place your ordet for it's status to update.
